Regional Operations Coach

Due to the continuous success and growth of our team, we have an exciting opportunity to join our team as the **Regional Operations Coach** for our **NIKE **stores in **WA & QLD.**

**Your key responsibilities will include however are not limited to**:

- Drive culture of Ultimate Customer Experience through great execution of Store Operations, Stockroom and Visual Merchandising
- Work with Store Coach to ensure Store Operations, Stockroom and VM Coaches are executing job requirements and on time
- Ensure Rosters Aligned - Traffic by day and by hour, Events (Promo, School Holidays, Deliveries and Returns), Sales Trend and published on time
- Work with Store Operations Coach to ensure appropriate Athlete availability for roster, and coordinate recruitment with HR team where insufficient
- Work with Loss Prevention to approve and coordinate calendar for stocktake, and ensure actions required after stocktake are completed
- Ensure Visual Merchandising is executed by store team to standard and seasonal guide and provide training where necessary
- Store visitation as required by Regional Manager to support delivery of Ultimate Customer Experience and operational excellence

**To be successful in this role you have**:

- At least 1 year's experience as a Manager/Coach at RPG
- A strong passion for Store Operations and driving efficiencies in order to deliver the _Ultimate Customer Experience_
- Proven ability to execute rosters and ongoing store directives
- Operational excellence and the ability to formulate and execute strategic plans
- Comprehensive coaching skills with a motivational and inspirational management style
- Extensive experience in succession (NEXT) planning
- Excellent organisational skills with ability to multi-task/prioritise daily work
- Excellent communication, attention to detail and interpersonal skills - a 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude with strong service orientation
- To be able to relocate to Queensland or already be based in QLD, Australia.
