Job Title: Regional Operations Lead

A commercially savvy Account Director with Facilities Management background is sought to lead Site Operations Teams in Australia and the UK, driving efficiency, customer satisfaction, and consistency.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead site operations teams to deliver efficient services and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet financial and KPI targets.
  • Develop client solutions, manage risk, lead people, and possess business acumen.
  • Understand property workplace services including facilities management, asset lifecycle management, and vendor management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7+ years' experience in leading, developing, and coaching remote teams.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
  • Strong finance skills with budgeting and cost control.
  • Facilities management experience including strategic and operational asset management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong client focus and customer experience mindset essential.
  • Strong stakeholder/contractor management experience.
  • Experience in continuous improvement frameworks.
  • Proven leadership ability, administrative ability, technical background, and project responsibility experience required.
  • Excellent technical, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Strong computer and systems knowledge.
