Company Accountant Subsidiary of International Manufacturing Group Full Ownership of the Finance Function | Local & Global Exposure Autonomous Position with Strong Parent Company Support The OpportunityThis is a unique opportunity to join a growing international manufacturing business that has established a strong footprint in the Australian market.

As Company Accountant, you will take full ownership of the local finance function, playing a key role in managing end-to-end accounting responsibilities while supporting both local operations and global reporting requirements.
This is an ideal position for an experienced accountant seeking a broad, hands-on role with real autonomy.
The Challenge As Company Accountant, your responsibilities will include: Take ownership of the full finance function, covering day-to-day accounting operations.
Deliver accurate and timely reporting to both local management and the global parent company.
Manage payroll, AP/AR, compliance, statutory accounts, and external audit requirements.
Maintain strong financial controls and ensure adherence to accounting standards.
Drive process improvements to support efficiency and business growth.
The Expertise To succeed in this role, you will bring: Degree in Accounting, plus CA/CPA qualified (or working towards).
Strong experience across financial and management accounting, including reporting, payroll, AP/AR, and audit processes.
Proficiency with MYOB; experience with Oracle or other ERP systems advantageous.
Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or related sectors will be highly regarded.
A hands-on, detail-focused approach with the ability to balance daily tasks and global reporting requirements.
