**The role**
- Assist 2 directors, provide support to wider team and assist accountants where needed
- Inbox management, including re-directing queries where applicable and drafting responses
- Liaising with clients to gather information and documents necessary to enable the Accountants to carry out their work
- Handling internal & external communications on director's behalf
- Preparation and distribution of client engagement letters and proposals
- Extensive diary management
- Board preparation and minute taking
- Management of travel arrangements
- Event Management and marketing
- Raising of invoices to clients
- Maintaining client information in **MYOB AE**:

- Processing of **ASIC **Annual Returns
- Assist in the processing of corporate secretarial work including new company registrations, deed amendments, ASIC changes, etc.
- Managing and lodgement of tax returns
- Adhoc duties as required

**About you**
- 2+ years experience in an accounting firm
- Outstanding time management and ability to prioritise
- Experience with ATO, ASIC and MYOB AE would be ideal
- Advance Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Quick learner and happy to develop their skills
