**Job Summary**:

- Assist management with the onboarding and induction of all new staff
- Provide required training during the induction process
- Research, promote and deliver possible training options relevant to our industry
- Update and maintain employee files as their profile progresses
- Complete audits of employee files and ensure training and renewals are up to date
- Provide staff supervision during initial buddy shift and at regular intervals
- Address any queries the staff bring to your attention and document
- Support staff that have been involved in a difficult shift, provide debrief if required.
- Ensure staff are doing adequate handovers
- Ensure compliance in regards to all documentation within the residence.
- Organise monthly staff and team meetings. Putting together the agenda which needs to include one training item per meeting.
- You may be required to be the chairperson or co-chairperson at these meetings, with the assistance of the management team.
- Complete and keep up to date the feedback and complaints register for staff including outcome.
- All other administration duties as directed by management
- The position, in time, will require the implementation of new software and electronic procedures to streamline communication and record keeping processes within the organisation and train staff as the software gets rolled out.

**To be successful in this role you will need the following**:

- Must have experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Teams. Experience with SharePoint is desirable.
- TCI Training would be highly regarded
- Hope and Healing online Framework Foundations & Masterclass Training
- NDIS Worker Screening Modules
- Current Blue & Yellow Card
- Current Driver's License with own reliable vehicle (minimum third party property damage insurance)
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate (or willing to obtain)
- A high level of written and verbal communication skills

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
