Training Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified Trainer to join our team and play a vital role in delivering valuable training programs.

As a Trainer, you will be responsible for planning and delivering professional training sessions, developing training materials, and assessing learner competencies. You will also conduct training reviews to determine the individual needs of clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of the following industries: Building & Construction, Warehouse, Hospitality, First Aid, Retail, and Housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver high-quality training programs
  • Assess learner competencies and conduct training reviews
  • Develop training materials, including assessments and learning resources

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualifications in either TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or its successor, or TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment plus relevant units
  • Currency in any of the mentioned industries

Desirable Skills:

  • Strong administration and office management skills
  • Current valid driver's licence and willingness to travel
