About the RoleBased from our purpose-built Strathpine head office in Brisbane, this role is responsible for leading performance marketing across Paid Search, Google Shopping (PMax), SEO, Paid Social, Affiliates, and Display.
You'll work closely with Marketing, eCommerce, and Merchandising teams to deliver quality traffic, new customer acquisition, and measurable growth.You'll also:Lead a team of two specialists and manage agency relationshipsProvide insights and recommendations to senior leadershipAlign performance marketing strategy with business prioritiesChampion innovation and continuous improvementWhat You'll Bring5+ years of experience in SEO and performance marketingProven ability to manage budgets and vendor relationshipsStrong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics, SEM, and affiliate marketingExperience leading and developing high-performing teamsTertiary qualification in Marketing or eCommerce (preferred)Ready to make an impact?
