About The Role
Reporting to the Group Business Director, the Senior Strategy Manager is responsible for leading high-impact digital marketing strategies for mid- to heavyweight clients. As a key advisor, you'll oversee multi-channel campaigns, advanced optimisations, and client retention—while mentoring a team to ensure success at every level.
- $95-105K + super + bonus
- 4-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, including enterprise-level accounts.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with an analytical and strategic approach to client success.
- Independent agency experience is essential.
What You'll Do
- Develop high-level performance strategies for large-scale, complex digital marketing campaigns.
- Optimise and analyse campaigns to drive superior performance outcomes across PPC, SEO, Paid Social, and more.
- Understand client goals and develop best-in-class strategies to align with their business objectives.
- Deliver in-depth performance reports and insights to both clients and senior management.
- Act as a key client contact, managing expectations, challenges, and opportunities for long-term success.
- Drive strategic presentations, clearly demonstrating channel roles within the media mix.
- Ensure all campaigns meet KPIs, providing accurate scoping, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Identify client sensitivities and working proactively to strengthen relationships.
- Support business development, contributing to proposals, pitches, and research.
