CSR Gyprock is Australia's leading brand of plasterboard, with a comprehensive range of plasterboards, compounds, cornices and associated finishing products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and delivery of the operations strategy to minimise delivered cost-to-market
- Optimise production outcomes including Safety, Cost, Quality, Volume, Product mix
- Create, deliver, and optimise value across the entire value stream (raw materials to finished goods)
- Lead and champion the continuous improvement program and be a culture change-agent across all aspects of the Gyprock business
- Drive best-practice customer outcomes and lead the supply element
- Lead and coach the team for high performance
- Engage with multiple internal stakeholders to influence improvements to product, process and strategic outcomes
- Negotiate complex supplier agreements and develop relationships and opportunities

**Skills and Experience**:

- 10+ years in general management of relevant manufacturing operation
- Managed significant capital investment projects
- Ownership of a multi-million-dollar P&L
- Leadership of large, diverse teams across multiple locations
- Worked in a complex, matrix organisation
- Strategic, focused on delivery and outcome
- Enterprise mindset, able to see the big-picture across the entire business
- Sustainability, focused on Lean Manufacturing methodology
