Technical Integration Consultant
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a technically skilled professional to join our fintech team in Sydney. As a Technical Integration Consultant, you will work directly with experienced technical experts to serve as the primary point of contact for external partners and be the expert on API integrations for new partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting external software partners with utilizing our APIs and other integration solutions
Undertaking partner briefings, design, rollout, and support of integration solutions, working with various external partners and internal IT teams
Being the first point of contact for external partners and being responsible for resolving their queries directly and/or with the assistance of other internal team members
Assisting with partner onboarding – covering plans, set up, testing, and ensuring seamless integration with our systems
Requirements:
Strong understanding of APIs and software integration methods
Ability to get in and solve problems quickly
Excellent communication skills
