Seeking a Technical Integration Specialist to join our team. This role is central to enabling seamless integrations between platforms and partner systems.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and support integrations using APIs and devising solutions for partner use cases.

  • Troubleshoot and effectively document product integration issues for development teams.

  • Collaborate with internal development teams to enhance API capabilities and documentation.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, prototype workflows/solutions, and validate outcomes.

Partner Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with integration partners.

  • Drive partner engagement by promoting features, updates, and best practices.

  • Coordinate with partners to prioritize and resolve integration-related issues and feature requests.

Monitoring & Support

  • Use Elastic to monitor logs, identify anomalies, and ensure system reliability.

  • Create dashboards and alerts to proactively detect and address integration issues.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience working with RESTful and SOAP APIs.

  • Strong understanding of JSON, webhooks, API authentication mechanisms and end-to-end integration workflows.

  • Experience with Elastic for analysis and system monitoring/alerting.
