Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Integration Specialist with a proven track record in HL7 standards and interfacing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the successful deployment, configuration, and integration of multiple software solutions into healthcare and retail pharmacy environments.

Main Responsibilities
  • Integration of proprietary software and solutions, including SQL database/server administration, network configuration, and general software support.
  • Manage installation and support of interface software for products to meet established project delivery timelines.
  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 remote or phone support related to interface software, database, integration, and robotic system software issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in HL7 standards and interfacing.
  • Prior experience in IT-related fields (Windows, Database, Server, Networking Administration, server-based solutions, databases, and VMs).
  • Prior experience with deployment and administration of ICT systems, including software, hardware, server, VMs, networking, and cloud technologies.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with software integration engineering and large-scale integration projects.
  • Prior experience in technical support, especially software support.
