Reporting to our Talent Acquisition Team Leader and working closely with the recruitment and HR team, this is a fast-paced role that will see you join our business during a period of transformation and growth. This would be a great opportunity for someone looking for their first move internally and/or a recent business or human resources graduate to be trained in all facets of talent acquisition.
I-MED Radiology Network is Australia's largest diagnostic imaging network, with circa 4,500 employees, located in more than 240 clinics across metropolitan, regional and rural communities throughout Australia. We offer medical imaging and radiology services including x-ray, PET, CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, Mammography and interventional procedures and each year across the network we perform more than 5 million patient procedures.
Based in the CBD with some hybrid working opportunity, you will be working closely with the entire Recruitment team, supporting all corporate recruitment coordination and broader coordination across the entire team, as well as being trained to manage end to end recruitment processes for administration type vacancies in the business.

**Key accountabilities include**:

- Support talent acquisition activities, including advertising, direct hire recruitment processes, recruitment marketing activities and any other administrations tasks to support the recruitment team
- Proactively sourcing and creating talent pipeline via various channels and activities i.e. database search, LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK PTS, employee referrals, marketing campaigns, specialist job boards
- Guiding and supporting hiring managers through the recruitment process, ensuring flexibility to meet business requirements and building capability through transfer of knowledge and development
- Working collaboratively with the recruitment team and wider HR/OD team to deliver on any HR and/or Talent related projects.
