Family-owned business Young Academics is a dynamic and rapidly growing Early Learning Provider, with over 30+ centres across New South Wales. We are seeking an experience and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. **About the role**:
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Young Academics, your role involves supporting the recruitment and hiring processes within the organisation. Your primary responsibilities include facilitating the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process, and collaborating with various stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Talent sourcing and acquisition
- Application Management
- Coordination of Recruitment Process
- Data Management
- Compliance
- Collaboration
- Relationship Management

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration - preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven experience in recruitment coordination or a similar role.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Experience in the Early Childhood Sector desired but not essential.
- Experience with Jobadder, Seek, Employment Hero, LinkedIn.
- Experience in high volume recruitment across both managerial and non-managerial positions.
