This is a rare opportunity to join a rapidly growing Digital Marketing Agency based in Leederville. Studio22 are seeking a Business Development SUPERSTAR who is willing to put in the legwork to help them grow their business, and in turn you will be rewarded with progression within this role

They have grown rapidly over the past few years with no plans to slow down - and that's where YOU come in

**THE NITTY**
- Identify new business opportunities, as well as follow up in-bound leads (this will make up ~70% of your role)
- Liaise with prospective clients to understand their business needs and subsequently propose digital marketing services to meet these needs
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and professional networks
- Be innovative with your lead generation - Studio22 have their own approach, but would love to hear your ideas
- Team up with our Head of Strategy & Growth to develop and execute an effective Business Development Strategy
- Hit monthly Business Development targets
- Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Growth.

Business Development can be challenging, and rejection does occur, so we need you to not let this deter you from achieving your goal (and of course, you will always have the support of the team behind you)

**Persistence**:We endeavour to make everyone's job as interesting as possible, but being a small team means that at times we all just have to grind We need you to commit to achieving your part for the team, even when it gets hard.

***team all work towards the same objective, so although we have individual KPIs, you will need to be a team player and trust that your contribution to the team will not go unnoticed.

**Communication**:You will need to communicate in an effective and timely matter with our team and clients. They won't tell you how to manage your job, but they need you to be across it and raise matters before they become an issue.

**TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES**
Although cultural fit is extremely important to us, we also require our superstar to have the following technical competencies:

- Understanding of digital marketing services - including SEO, Google Ads, Website Development, and Social Media Marketing (we don't mind how you obtained this knowledge, as long as you have it).
- At least 1-2 years of Business Development / Sales experience - you will have a proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
- Computer literacy - including PowerPoint, Word, Outlook (experience with Adobe Photoshop would be a plus)
