Drive Revenue Growth as a Business Development Executive

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Executive to spearhead revenue growth initiatives in Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue lucrative business opportunities across the corporate and MICE segments to drive revenue expansion for multiple hotels.
  • Nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and industry partners to generate leads and secure new business collaborations.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets for assigned hotels.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to craft compelling proposals and presentations that resonate with potential clients.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify avenues for business growth.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in the hospitality industry, with a focus on corporate and MICE markets.
  • A robust network of contacts in the corporate and events industry in Melbourne.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Melbourne hospitality market and industry trends.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is highly desirable.
