OverviewPartnerships Manager, SMB at DoorDash.
The role focuses on managing a large portfolio of SMB restaurants in Australia, acting as a strategic growth partner to drive revenue, retention, and product adoption through data-informed strategies and cross-functional collaboration.
This is a hybrid role with 3 in-office days per week.ResponsibilitiesOwn a book of high-potential SMB restaurants and build strong, trusted relationshipsDevelop growth plans that drive revenue, boost retention, and create win–win outcomesAnalyze data to flag risks, identify upside, and act quickly on opportunitiesCollaborate cross-functionally to remove blockers and unlock impactSurface insights, trends, and feedback to shape better outcomes for merchantsShare expertise with the team to help others succeedQualifications6+ years of relevant experience, including 4+ years in account management or customer successProven track record of growing accounts and managing a large book while driving outcomesCommercial mindset with the ability to turn data into actionClear, collaborative communicator and strong storytellerThrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments; adaptable and solutions-focusedTeam player who collaborates and helps others winAbout DoorDashDoorDash empowers local economies by connecting merchants, Dashers, and consumers through technology and logistics.
