The AWS ProServe Partner Organization is a global team of experts dedicated to helping customers achieve their business objectives through strategic partner collaborations and AWS Cloud solutions. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer outcomes through innovative partnership approaches.
As a Professional Services Partner Leader, you will be responsible for developing and driving ProServe opportunities through and with partners. You will spearhead business development initiatives and manage pipeline progression with AWS partners, design and execute joint go-to-market strategies with partners, build and maintain trust-based relationships with key internal stakeholders, identify and develop joint professional services offerings with partners, and collaborate cross-functionally with ProServe Account Executives, Cloud Architects, and Delivery Practice Managers.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop ProServe opportunities through strategic partnership collaborations
- Spearhead business development initiatives and manage pipeline progression with AWS partners
- Design and execute joint go-to-market strategies with partners
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with key internal stakeholders
- Identify and develop joint professional services offerings with partners
- Collaborate cross-functionally with ProServe Account Executives, Cloud Architects, and Delivery Practice Managers
- 7+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 7+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience
- 7+ years of professional or military experience
- Experience writing technical articles, speaking at technology conferences, and contributing to open source
- Experience developing and executing on GTM strategies that are large in scope
- Experience developing, deploying and managing AI products at scale
- Experience interfacing with customers (Enterprise, SMB, and Startups) and ability to convert customer requirements to high level architecture solutions to build on
- Deep experience in driving professional services opportunities with partners in the public sector of Australia & New Zealand
