Electrical Superintendent Opportunity

Mining and engineering services are in high demand, and we are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Superintendent to join our team at a Coal Handling and Preparation Plant (CHPP). This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong background in electrical management and leadership of technical teams.

Key responsibilities include leading and managing a team of approximately 20 electrical staff within the CHPP, overseeing and coordinating all electrical maintenance and repair activities, ensuring operational efficiency and reliability of electrical systems, providing technical leadership and guidance, and managing electrical shutdowns and scheduled maintenance.

Required qualifications and experience include being a qualified Electrician or having a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, documented experience in a similar role, ideally within a mining or heavy industrial environment, experience in leading and managing a team of technical staff, and demonstrated expertise with SAP for electrical maintenance management.
