**About the OPPORTUNITY**

We currently have an exciting leadership opportunity for a motivated leader to own the Product Design & Lifecycle Management (PLM) capabilities. This is a new role responsible for a Product Team delivering services for the Maritime business unit, reporting to the Business Systems Manager - Maritime.

Key responsibilities include:

- Provide **Leadership** to the Product Lifecycle Management Product Team.
- **Partner** with business stakeholders and the architecture team, ensuring the product(s) remain fit for purpose, aligning to the strategy and capability roadmaps.
- Lead **Service Delivery** to provide our Maritime customer a service that exceeds expectations, working with the team to ensure service standards are effectively implemented, incidents, service requests, & problems are managed through to closure.
- Working with the PLM Delivery Lead, **Partner** with stakeholders to plan and deliver key projects and activities within agreed schedules.
- Working with the PLM Operations Lead, lead **Operational** activities with the team ensuring services are appropriately patched, upgraded, available, supportable and cyber secure.
- Take **Ownership** of the product(s), establishing an agreed pipeline, driving continuous improvement, overseeing financials, and representing the Maritime IM&T function for all matters PLM.
- Manage services within **Governance & Change Management** frameworks.

**About YOU**
- Experience in stakeholder management, product strategy and product development.
- Demonstrated experience leading a team and end-to-end product delivery cycles.
- Conceptual knowledge of PLM, CAD/CAE/CAM toolsets and integrations.
- Experience working in scrum teams and managing a pipeline of work.
- Ability to think critically, drive continuous improvement and think ahead.
- Defence security clearance, or eligibility to obtain and eligibility to be cleared for International Traffic In Arms (ITAR) regulations.
