Product owners have a significant impact on the success of projects. As a product lead, you will be responsible for leading a product team in delivering services to our maritime business unit.

The ideal candidate will have experience in stakeholder management, product strategy and development. They will also have demonstrated experience leading a team and end-to-end product delivery cycles.

The product lead will be responsible for providing leadership to the product lifecycle management product team. This includes partnering with business stakeholders and the architecture team to ensure that the products remain fit for purpose.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing leadership to the product lifecycle management product team
  • Partnering with business stakeholders and the architecture team
  • Leading service delivery to provide our maritime customer with a service that exceeds expectations
  • Working with the PLM Delivery Lead to partner with stakeholders to plan and deliver key projects and activities within agreed schedules
  • Managing services within governance and change management frameworks

Key skills and qualifications required for this role include:

  • Experience in stakeholder management, product strategy and development
  • Demonstrated experience leading a team and end-to-end product delivery cycles
  • Conceptual knowledge of PLM, CAD/CAE/CAM toolsets and integrations
  • Experience working in scrum teams and managing a pipeline of work
  • Ability to think critically, drive continuous improvement and think ahead
