Principal Health And Safety Advisor

**What we are looking for**:
- High level ability to analyse, plan, and create innovative health, safety and wellbeing initiatives and to implement them within a complex and geographically dispersed organisation.
- High level interpersonal, problem solving, negotiation, presentation and client and team relationship management skills, including the ability to develop and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Enthusiastic and solution focused with the natural ability to execute cultural change and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
**Mandatory qualifications, licences and other requirements**:
- Whilst not mandatory, a relevant tertiary qualification in Health and Safety, or a related discipline would be well regarded.
- Experience in the design and implementation of embedded safety management systems would be well regarded.
- Demonstrated experience of working within a large complex environment in a similar role is highly desirable.
