We have fantastic opportunities for a **Customer Service Officers **to join our call-centre team based in our **Crestmead **office. **Permanent opportunities available**:
~ Part-time - 8am-2pm, Monday to Friday - 26 hours per week, with the ability to flex up and cover leave periods when required.

~ Full-time with a range of set shifts between 7am-7pm, Monday to Saturday - 38 hours per week.

- Ability to manage high volume inbound/outbound calls, on average 50-60 per day
- High volume data entry of orders requiring excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Resolve internal and external stakeholders queries in a timely manner
- Process, investigate and follow up claims
- Be reliable, punctual, and have excellent multi tasking skills
- Previous experience with CRM systems (e.g. salesforce) beneficial
- Strong Excel skills essential
