The client is a high performing Engineering Consultancy with great reputation. It has 9 offices situated throughout Australia.

It has a collaborative culture, sharing projects and expertise between offices.

The civil design team works fluidly with the civil design teams in its other offices. Mentoring happens with everybody despite loction and seniority.

**About the role**
Due to growth we are seeking a Revit skilled Draftsperson who has worked in a similar Engineering Consultancy environment.

We are looking to identify someone who is interested in receiving training and being mentored to becoming a stand alone Structural Draftsperson in due course.

Ideally you will have:

- Ideally a minimum of 1-3 years of structural drafting experience
- A proficient user of Revit Structures with the ability to model, setting up and modifying families would be advantageous but not essential
- Previous Structural Drafting experience with an Engineering Consultancy
- Strong work ethic
- Team player, adaptable and flexible
- An industry qualification
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Australian Standards & Council design standards
- Demonstrated understanding of Engineering codes, construction standards, specs, procedures and construction techniques
- Full Australian working rights
