At **Partridge**, we're growing our structural drafting team and looking for someone who combines technical excellence with a collaborative mindset. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality drawings, mentoring junior team members, and helping us continue to innovate in structural engineering.

? What You'll Do
- Lead the **structural drafting process** from concept through to detailed design.
- Produce **precise, builder-ready drawings** in AutoCAD (with some Revit exposure a plus).
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and consultants to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Anticipate builder needs and minimise construction queries with clear documentation.
- **Mentor junior draftspersons**, sharing your expertise and helping them grow.
- Work across exciting project types, including timber, masonry, steel, and concrete structures.

- Deliver projects on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality.
- Receive positive feedback from clients and colleagues.
- Maintain strong utilisation and efficiency, keeping rework to a minimum.
- Help build a cohesive, supportive drafting team.

? What You'll Bring
- Diploma of Civil Construction Design (or equivalent).
- **5+ years' experience** in structural drafting across diverse projects.
- Advanced knowledge of structural systems, connections, and construction techniques.
- High proficiency in **AutoCAD**; Revit experience desirable.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- A proactive, reliable work ethic and commitment to continuous improvement.
