An experienced Structural Revit Drafter is required to join an Australian-owned Building Structural consultancy based in their Sydney office. Our client have a wide portfolio of Buildings within their portfolio and have a team of drafters.

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of projects they are looking for an experienced Revit Drafter to join the team and take on a lead role of managing the drafters.

**About you**

To be successful in the role, you will ideally possess:

- 5+ years' structural drafting experience gained within a consultancy environment
- 3+ years' Revit Structures experience
- A strong background in AutoCAD
- Proven ability to adapt to evolving technology.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Looking to step into people management/project coordination
- Strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate and work with engineers, draftspersons, architects and design managers
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proven track record of working to tight deadlines and within budget
- Be enthusiastic and committed to facilitating client needs
