About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced and driven Cluster Manager to lead a group of retail stores, working closely with Store Managers and the National Support Centre to drive sales performance, elevate the customer experience, and ensure operational success.This is a pivotal leadership role where you'll have the opportunity to influence store success, develop high-performing teams, and foster a strong culture across your cluster.
Working closely with the National Support Centre this role will allow your retail experience to shine through and offers opportunities to develop further in this growing company.As a Cluster Manager, responsible for overseeing approximately 5–7 stores within the state you will:Be visible in-store, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on coaching.Coach and mentor Store Managers to lead engaged, high-performing teamsEnsure consistency in service, standards, and operational proceduresAlign store performance with broader business objectives and compliance standardsCollaborate with the National Support Centre and build strong relationships across the national networkDriving commercial and operational excellence you will:Ensure optimal stock levels, manage stocktakes, and minimise shrinkageOversee pricing, returns, rostering, payroll, and compliance processesGuide visual merchandising execution in line with national guidelines to maximise brand visibility and sales performanceAbout YouWe're looking for a commercially savvy, people-focused leader with a passion for homewares and retail.
You will bring:5+ years' experience as a multi-site Area, State, or Territory ManagerProven success in driving sales and service outcomes across diverse retail environmentsStrong capability in coaching, developing, and inspiring high-performing teamsExcellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skillsFlexibility to travel interstate as requiredA solutions-focused, adaptable, and hands-on leadership styleExperience in performance management and proactive issue resolutionCapability in recruitment, onboarding, induction, and succession planningA customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiencesA growth mindset—always looking to improve and adaptCommercial acumen with experience in budgeting, reporting, and performance analysisHigh emotional intelligence and confident communication skillsA valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to various stores in the state and flexibility to travel interstate as requiredCandidates with buying and back-end retail operational experience will be highly regarded.Why Join Us?
