**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Partner with local businesses to understand their current and future workforce needs.
- Challenge and improve existing recruitment practices—bring a fresh, forward-thinking lens to process and strategy.
- Use best-in-class recruitment technology and platforms to enhance efficiency.
- Support and contribute to broader recruitment strategy and workforce development initiatives.

**About You**:

- Demonstrated end-to-end recruitment experience (agency or internal).
- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable challenging outdated processes and leading with fresh ideas.
- Proactive and solutions-focused
- Able to balance operational delivery with a strategic view.
- Previous experience with apprenticeships/traineeships or blue-collar recruitment will be highly regarded.
