We're looking for a talented, highly creative designer to contribute to the development of compelling visual concepts and content across all channels including digital.

Within the Bank's Brand, Marketing and Communications (BCM) division, the Group Marketing team drives business growth through best-in-class marketing strategies with a customer-centered approach. The team operates in an agile manner with a dedicated focus on specific portfolios aligned to the Group Strategy and business objectives.

This is a new permanent part-time role (three days a week) that will shape our brand identity. You'll work with a passionate creative team to deliver engaging content and campaigns and provide guidance to designers while presenting ideas to stakeholders across the organisation. Exposure to agile methodologies and agency experience are desirable.

This role can be based in Adelaide, Bendigo, Sydney or Melbourne with flexible work options and a hybrid model requiring a minimum of 60% time in the office.

Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for conceptualising and delivering campaign creative, providing guidance to designers, and presenting ideas to stakeholders across the organisation. You'll contribute to development of compelling visual concepts and content across channels including digital.

Qualifications
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Graphic Design
  • Demonstrated previous success as a senior designer within a medium-large organisation
  • Proven commercial experience in creative concept development for campaigns and marketing material
  • Expert capabilities at translating and developing ideas from a brief
  • Passion for creative design with awareness of design trends and industry best practice
  • Working knowledge of Mac-based design software, including the Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Animate and Premier Pro
  • Working knowledge of MacOS and MS Office suite
