Overview
Due to growth, we have multiple opportunities to join Stockland working on a large-scale Masterplanned Community on the Tweed Coast.
You will be responsible for exciting developments on the Tweed Coast, delivering marketing that supports the project vision and maximises profit centre performance by developing and implementing innovative project marketing strategies and practices.
You'll be participating in helping to drive a high-performing team by devising and embedding improvements to the customer journey, and engagement strategies across the asset/s you manage.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies and practices that supports the asset/s vision and values
Ensure Residential Local Area Marketing (LAM) planning framework is used to leverage the Stockland brand, acquire new leads and support the achievement of sales targets for the business
Ensure the execution of agreed LAM objectives are established, tracked and report in a timely manner.
Communicate and demonstrate the application of key learnings into the planning of future activity
Manage eDM and social media content and communications to customers
Build and maintain relationships with external suppliers, provide high quality briefs that achieve high quality outputs and meet budget and deadlines
Maintain asset marketing business plans and FY strategies.
Contribute to Project Control Groups (PCG), liveability action plans and place visioning strategies
Ensure community development initiatives are integrated into LAM plans and executed accordingly
Review and interpret data to provide key insights and drive a culture of community insights to assist decision-making at a project level and enhance marketing and sales strategies
Review and evaluate competitor marketing activity and changing consumer trends to incorporate learning into national and local campaign development and execution
Manage and monitor the marketing expenditure and reforecasting in line with agreed annual budgets to minimise overspend impacts
Assist the Regional Marketing Manager to develop other projects for business improvements as required
Qualifications
Appropriate tertiary qualifications
5+ year marketing experience, including technical knowledge related to production of marketing materials, signage journeys, developing and executing strategies
High attention to detail, ensuring clear, accurate, and effective communication
Experience managing external agencies and suppliers
