Marketing Opportunity

About the Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen to join a large-scale Masterplanned Community on the Tweed Coast. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies that support the project vision and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and practices that align with the community's vision and values.
  • Drive Residential Local Area Marketing (LAM) planning framework to leverage brand awareness, acquire new leads, and achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure LAM objectives are established, tracked, and reported in a timely manner, communicating and demonstrating key learnings into future activity planning.
  • Manage eDM and social media content and communications to customers, building strong relationships and delivering high-quality outputs.
  • Maintain asset marketing business plans and FY strategies, contributing to Project Control Groups (PCGs), liveability action plans, and place visioning strategies.
  • Integrate community development initiatives into LAM plans and execute accordingly.
  • Review and interpret data to provide key insights, driving a culture of community insights to inform decision-making at a project level and enhance marketing and sales strategies.
  • Review and evaluate competitor marketing activity and changing consumer trends to incorporate learning into national and local campaign development and execution.

Requirements

  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, including technical knowledge related to production of marketing materials, signage journeys, developing and executing strategies.
  • High attention to detail, ensuring clear, accurate, and effective communication.
  • Experience managing external agencies and suppliers.
