We are seeking a skilled marketing professional to join our team working on a large-scale Masterplanned Community project.

\Key Responsibilities\

  • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies and practices that support the project vision and maximise profit centre performance.\
  • Ensure Residential Local Area Marketing (LAM) planning framework is used to leverage brand awareness, acquire new leads and achieve sales targets.\
  • Manage electronic direct mail and social media content and communications to customers.\
  • Build and maintain relationships with external suppliers.\
  • Ensure clear accurate and effective communication by delivering high-quality marketing materials.\
  • Implement appropriate tertiary qualifications in marketing to ensure technical knowledge is up-to-date.\
  • Use attention to detail to maintain a high standard of work quality.\
