Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team working on a large-scale Masterplanned Community project. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing eDM and social media content, and building relationships with external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that support the asset's vision and values.
  • Manage eDM and social media content and communications to customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external suppliers.
  • Contribute to Project Control Groups (PCG), liveability action plans and place visioning strategies.
  • Review and interpret data to provide key insights and drive a culture of community insights.
  • Review and evaluate competitor marketing activity and changing consumer trends.
  • Manage and monitor the marketing expenditure.

Requirements:

  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related field.
  • 5+ year marketing experience, including technical knowledge related to production of marketing materials.
  • High attention to detail, ensuring clear, accurate, and effective communication.
  • Experience managing external agencies and suppliers.
