Role Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a e-Commerce Specialist to join our organization and drive organic traffic to our websites.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to deliver best-in-class digital experiences that boost customer engagement and maximize online conversions.

  • The role involves using insights to reach and convert customers, presenting effective communication skills to establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, external partners, and personnel at all levels and areas of the business.

To perform successfully in this role, the candidate will need to demonstrate:

  • At least 3 years of experience working in a similar position.
  • Attention to detail while also being results-focused.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience implementing CRO (conversion rate optimization) programs, implementing test and learn using tools such as Optimizely.
  • Working knowledge of best practice SEO tactics and tools, such as Bright Edge and SEMrush.
  • A degree qualification in commerce, IT, marketing, or a related business discipline is preferred.

Familiarity with design thinking principles and experience using Atlassian, Microsoft suite of products, HTML, and JavaScript are highly desirable.
