We have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Accounts Representative to join our team in Sydney or Wollongong, providing outstanding service to our clients

**YOUR OPPORTUNITY**
We are seeking an experienced **Internal Accounts Representative** to join our team in either **Sydney** or **Wollongong**. The role will be primarily internally based to service new and existing accounts with an aim to obtaining maximum sales growth and customer satisfaction. Achieve both sales and trading margin growth, while developing strategies to improve customer service levels.
Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Support the achieving of budgeted sales for Sydney, Wollongong & Melbourne branches
- Work in conjunction with support functions such as supply chain & category to obtain quick turnaround on pricing and/or product support
- Generate quotes and support quote generation for BDMs across all 3 locations based on customer enquiries
- Support BDMs in follow up and conversion of quotes
- Support BDMs in generating customer contracted pricing and being part of the ongoing management and review
- Seek and develop opportunities for growth through strategic planning and analysis
- Monitor competitor's activities and report such to the Area Sales Manager
To be successful, you will have:
- Experience in an Accounts management role with a passion for sales
- Experience in customer service either face to face, over the phone or virtually
- Openness to explore and understand your customers' needs
- Exceptional stakeholder management with a commercial focus
- The ability to confidently communicate, influence and negotiate
