**About the Role**:
JBS Australia is a customer focused, innovative and efficient meat based food processing and distribution Company committed to the highest quality assurance and food safety control measures.

**Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:

- Monitoring and maintaining product specifications and packaging requirements.
- Liaise daily with data analysts, sales and production staff.
- Implementation of new specifications.
- Yield Analysis.
- Conduct presentations and tours throughout the plant for visitors and guests.
- Development and monitoring of production requirements and capacities.
- Producing daily yield reports.

**About You**:

- Sound knowledge of beef specifications.
- Previous experience in a production environment.
- Ability to liaise and promote the Beef City Plant and products.
- Good problem solving skills.
- Ability to liaise with staff in relation to new specifications and requirements.
- Moderate to high communication and computer skills.
- Self-motivated
