**About the Role**:
Responsibilities include

Overall operation of Rig and ancillary equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
Supervise and assist in all well servicing operations - inclusive of Rig Mobilisation, Rig Up, Rig Down and Drilling activities.
Assist in the ongoing maintenance of all plant and equipment.
To provide ongoing mentoring for rig crews and observe crew performance.
Competently respond to Well Control emergencies and conduct drills regularly.
Provide supervision and control of rig floor operations.
Complete relevant reporting and documentation as required.
To assist in maximising efficiency of the rig operation and minimise downtime.
Run/Assist in running of designated special tools into the hole.
The Driller will be considered the 'Person in Charge' or 'Authorised person' in relation to the implementation of the MPC Dropped Objects Scheme whilst conducting operations with the Rig Carrier. The 'PIC' is responsible for ensuring any No-Go and Red Zones on or around the Rig Carrier are adhered to.

**About You**:
Experience working in Well Servicing operations
Certificate / enrolment in Cert IV in Well Servicing Operations
IWCF - Well Control Level 3 (Driller)
Open Manual Drivers Licence (Preferably MC License)
Industry Safety Induction (ISI) certificate
A positive attitude towards safety and teamwork
Remote area work experience
Ability to work 14/14 roster
