Asgard Operations forms part of the Platforms Service and Operations business within BT Financial Group (BTFG) which is part of the Westpac Group. The broader BTFG Operations teams comprise around 530 employees across sites located in Sydney, Perth, and Adelaide. Our aim is one team delivering great customer and business outcomes through best practice program delivery and industry leading operational excellence.

**How will I help?**

We have an exciting 12 Month Maximum Term Opportunity for Team Manager (Asgard) to join BT Financial Group's Customer Service, Platforms and Service Operations Asgard Division

This role will see you lead and guide the team to enable the business to achieve all service and financial targets through strong employee engagement, customer advocacy and sound operational management. The Team Manager (Asgard) should actively champion the voice of the customer across the business and continually monitor operational performance to meet key service measures including cycle time and quality.

- Proven leadership and people management skills is ideal
- Proven analytical, judgment and decision-making skills
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills and ability to interact professionally with all stakeholders both one on one and in group situations including presenting to large groups
