We are partnering with high-quality established veterinary clinics throughout the industry, with a focus on streamlining and simplifying business processes, supporting business excellence, as well as providing hands-on continuous development for veterinary professionals. Most importantly, we are seeking to be an employer of choice, and support our people to achieve their goals.
We are currently seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join us for a six month period to provide additional support whilst we carry out some projects. This is an end to end payroll position, working with various individual business entities across multiple states and New Zealand.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Experience in processing end to end payroll in a complex environment, specifically via a time and attendance system across multiple entities with different rule sets,
- Experience in New Zealand payroll, including calculations under the Holidays Act, as well as Australian payroll would be an advantage,
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy,
- Strong Excel skills,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and relationship building skills,
- A customer service-focused, self directed and responsible attitude, with respect for the privacy and sensitivity of the data we are entrusted with, and
- Experience with HR3 and/or Emplive would be an advantage but not essential.
