The founders of the company, Joshua del Rio and Alex King, have complementary backgrounds which have come together to form the Ledge Group as a part of the Elco Ecosystem. This is an end-to-end opportunity identifying and managing opportunities will be your main priority. As a key face of the organisation to prospective customers, the insights you gain can help tailor the services we provide for them either from Ledge Rec or the surrounding Ledge Group Services.

**Some specifics to make it easier**:

- Build relationships with new prospects, qualifying them in/out for opportunities
- Build and manage your sales pipeline
- Partner with marketing on campaigns and events to build brand awareness in your target market
- Engage and collaborate with prospects at all levels (from Talent Acquisition Leads to C-level executives)
- Ability to smash your targets
- Innovating sales - discover and implement new and interesting ways of engaging your dedicated prospect segment
- Build relationships internally to share information and contribute to the development of our product.

**_What you will bring to this role?_**
- Preferably you have some recruitment experience or sales experience is highly desired
- You are relentlessly curious - curious to understand how our game changing technology works to solve the hiring challenges and issues in the market
- You are self-organised with a passion for progress over perfection, whilst still able to keep an eye on the details
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and work proactively to learn and optimise skills to succeed.
