ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We continue to see strong growth in both existing and new markets, we're searching for a CRO Manager / UX/UI Manager in a newly created role to help drive constancy and conversion rate optimisations across our APAC & CA sites.
This role will suit a hands on tech savvy individual who is self-motivated, driven and able to act on their own initiatives.
We're looking for a CRO Manager / UX/UI Manager with approx. 5 years' experience to help drive conversion rate optimisation across our markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Driving strategies and tactics that improve conversion rate optimisation across APAC & CA.
- Build infrastructure and new internal process to drive CRO.
- Educate and inform the wider marketing team and business on hypothesis and tests.
- Work closely with the UK CRO Manager for shared learning across the markets.
- Be the thought leader by introducing and driving new or advance optimisation strategies.
- Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders to ensure all markets follow best CRO practise.
- Contribute to regional and global scaled solutions efforts, including documenting best practice guides, socialize hypothesis and performance.
- Drive a test and learn culture and deliver improvements to core KPIs including overall conversion rates, and cross sell between products.
- Build and develop Figma files to help developers and stakeholders visualise your vision.
- Develop and own a flexible Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Roadmap that covers the entire User Experience & funnels across products and core digital channels.
- Own the entire testing process from managing backlogs, scoping out requirements, collating technical specifications, ensuring correct analytics setup, executing the tests, analyzing the performance, making recommendations for site developments based on the learnings.
- Understand CMC Markets business objectives and Trading conditions, using these to inform decision making.
- Drive and collaborate with the UK UX & UI teams to deliver key outcomes.
- Collaborate with UX & UI agencies to support key strategic initiatives.
- Support key strategic initiatives and growth strategies, including website refresh.
- Other ad hoc marketing supportive tasks as required.
General responsibilities
- Support the Digital Acquisition Manager with ad-hoc as required.
- Own the entire testing process.
- Maintain personal/professional development to meet the changing demands of the role.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across UK, APAC & CA.
- Undertake such other duties, training and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of this role
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Must haves:
- 5 years in a similar CRO role.
- Experience with multiple MVT, A/B and analytics tools.
- Experienced in extracting actionable results using a variety of tools and techniques. (Figma, Fullstory & Convert)
- Experience with multiple user tracking tools & technologies.
- Able to demonstrate strong communication skills that reflect self-awareness and confidence and experience presenting to key stakeholders.
- Able to develop, design and input into new process in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to work and deal with ambiguity in a changing international environment where multiple priorities need to be managed.
- Ability to communicate throughout all levels of an organisation both technical and non-technical.
