As the Product Manager you will responsible for the digital strategy and vision of Oncall ensuring initiatives are aligned with business goals and priorities. You will own the platform and work with a small and dedicated internal team and partner with leading tech vendors to create market leading digital experiences.

**Key accountabilities include**:
Define the digital strategy and get buy in from all key stakeholders.
Act as the voice of the customer to ensure the needs of clients, workers and participants are catered for.
Define the go to market product range leveraging available technology when possible.
Establish a roadmap by sizing each initiative and understand dependencies and track progress.
Drive innovation in product and process across the enterprise

A Bachelors degree in Computer Science/IT/Engineering, or related study
5+ years experience in a comparable role
Expert knowledge of product development processes and practices
Experience of working with internal and external development teams
Knowledge and experience using Jira and Confluence platforms
Strong technical documentation including architecture design diagrams
