**About You**

You are a proactive, motivated, and highly organised leader with demonstrated experience in a manufacturing environment, committed to continuous improvement, and driven to execute production plans and meet and exceed set targets.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the General Manager, Operations, the Production Manager is responsible for coaching and leading a dedicated team of Production Supervisors and Coordinators to ensure the effective and efficient running of the production and packaging areas across all shifts.

The Production Manager will work collaboratively with other key roles to ensure that the workforce is well planned and trained and production plans are executed. We are seeking an innovative and creative individual who will look for opportunities to improve processes and implement changes that will benefit the production area.

To be successful, you will need to have the following:

- Significant experience in a leadership role within the manufacturing industry, preferably in food production.
- Demonstrated experience in people management.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and lead a culturally diverse workforce.
- A strong commitment to WHS and Quality, and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superior time management and organisational skills.
- Excellent digital literacy.
