**About the Company**

Great opportunity to join a large NSW government organisation on a 6 month contract. This role will be in the Lithgow office full time for the first 12 weeks then transition to WFH after the nesting period. This position is Monday - Friday on a rotating roster between 7am - 7pm.

**About the Role**
- Provide high quality generalist service as the first point of contact for the contact centre customers.
- Receive inbound calls, obtain necessary information and utilise generalist knowledge to transfer customers to appropriate contact centre specialists in a courteous, accurate and efficient manner.
- Undertake administrative work as required to support the provision of high quality service delivery.
- Create a positive relationship in all customer interactions across all interaction channels.

**About You**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills and proficient in Microsoft office suite
