About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused
Call Centre Operator
to join our clients amazing team in Regents Park, NSW. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping people or looking to kick start their career. You\'ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing support, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive experience with every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently
Accurately record customer interactions and update relevant systems
Follow company procedures and guidelines to resolve issues
Escalate complex queries to appropriate departments when necessary
Meet individual and team performance targets
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role (preferred)
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software
Reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time hours on-site
