**You will be responsible for**:

- Provision of legal secretary / paralegal support to lawyers with full documentation support
- Client Liaison; keeping everyone informed at all times
- Managing all parties expectations
- Opening and closing file documents and management
- Document drafting, reviewing and preparation for approval
- Letter drafting
- Provide general legal support
- General Administration duties
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships
- Work in a team environment

**Skills and experience**
- Ideally 3+ years in a Legal Secretary / Paralegal
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) skills.
- Experience with billing systems.
- A proactive/flexible approach to your work.
- Excellent time management skills and an ability to priorities.
- A proven ability/experience in liaising with high end clients.
