We are looking for an experienced Manager wanting to take the next step in their career. This is an enticing opportunity for an ambitious, driven and passionate individual to drive the Renault brand within the business to the next level. Reporting to the Head of Brand Performance, you will be responsible for the Renault New and Used Car performance activity throughout our Renault operations.

This is a leadership role within the Group; all applicants need to be able to demonstrate a strong record of achievement within a volume brand. You will oversee the Renault New and Used Car departments for your division, ensuring all teams perform at the optimum level, delivering an outstanding showroom experience whilst achieving all volume-related manufacturer objectives.

**To be a success in this role you will**
- Have previous proven experience within vehicle sales management;
- Be passionate about developing the business and know how to get the best out of a team;
- Be a forward thinker and exceptional leader who has fresh ideas and initiative;
- Operate to the highest standards and champion best practice throughout;
- Draw on the experience and skill set of your team whilst putting your own stamp on the business; and
- Have a full UK Driving Licence.
