**We are now seeking an experienced performance-driven Service Advisor who can focus on delivering exceptional service to all our valued guests.**

The successful applicant will be working closely with the Service Manager, you will be 100% focused on managing and exceeding your guest' expectations whist their vehicle is in our care.

**The successful applicant will possess**:

- Proven experience in maintaining agility in a similar high paced role
- Strong customer service with the ability to maintain inclusiveness and good relationships with guests
- Experience using Tune
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work effectively and with integrity within a team environment
- Maintaining professionalism through excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Current driving license
- Exposure to the Microsoft suite of programs
