- Cube Fitness is Hornsby's newest fitness and wellness facility, and we're searching for an exceptional person to perform the role of Head Trainer for our group training studio.

**About The Role**

As an integral part of the leadership team, you will help us launch our brand-new fitness and wellness facility. Through this rare opportunity, you will significantly contribute towards creating the leading training facility within the area, of which the group training studio will play an essential part.

Key aspects of the role include:

- Design and lead safe, high quality, engaging and results-driven group training classes to members daily.
- Class content should incorporate the very best of strength and conditioning techniques, cardio and functional movement. This isn't your average pre-choreographed class workout studio.
- Being tech focused, upload class content to appear on the digital display platform and incorporate our heart rate monitoring technology into your workouts.
- Manage all daily operational procedures and overall management of the studio.
- Responsible for the recruitment, mentoring and management of other group functional training staff.
- Manage all studio class scheduling and staff rostering / timesheets.
- Ensure all class delivery is at a consistently outstanding standard and aimed at all abilities.
- Maintain the safe working order of all equipment, and the impeccable, clean and tidy appearance and organisation of the studio and the overall facility.
- Take a leading role in the opening pre-sales membership campaign and then maintain and grow the total membership base to month over month.
- Responsible for membership acquisition and retention, including conducting challenges, referral and lead generation activities.
- Promote an energetic, motivating & welcoming environment for all, leading by example when it comes to exhibiting exemplary customer service.
- Take a leading role in contributing to local area marketing and in creating and planning content for social media platforms.
- Ensure all front desk systems and practices are maintained.
- Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness protocols throughout the facility.
- Maintain a strong passion for, and working knowledge of, all thing's fitness.
- The hours can be flexible but there must be a willingness to work some early mornings, evenings and weekends.

**About You**

Previous experience as a head trainer within a gyM/Fitness environment.

Hold a Certificate IV in Fitness and has current First Aid and CPR Certification.

Ability to mentor and develop a high performing team.

Ability to lead by example as part of the leadership team.

A motivated self-starter who will embrace the autonomy that comes will the role.

Ability to collaborate and work well within a team.

Passionate about fitness, energetic and has a fun-loving attitude

**What's on offer?**

Full time, permanent position.

$70,000 to $80,000 base salary + super + incentivised bonus.
