Due to steady growth, Zarraffa's Coffee Bankstown have positions available for Head Trainer to join their enthusiastic team.

Please note Zarraffa's Coffee does serve Pork products, but we do provide Halal food options and prepare/cook Halal food separately.

**Supervisor responsibilities include**:

- Running shift
- Allocating breaks
- Making great coffee (full training and support provided)
- Reconciling till
- Responding to customer feedback
- Food assembly responsibilities
- Opening and/or closing of the store
- Orientate all new staff
- Complete all new employment contracts with staff
- Recruuit new staff
- Ensuring all staff training records are kept organised
- Train staff on POS, Cold Drinks, Hot Drinks, Merchandise etc
- Follow training timelines
- Helping out with shifts depending on the needs of the business

As a Trainer you are expected to be extremely organised and motivated to take "ownership" of the store. You should be disciplined and prepared to lead a team by example, in a very fast paced environment. You must be capable of following through with staff development, have excellent communication skills and share responsibility for the growth of the store by thinking proactively.

Pay level dependant upon experience.

**Salary**: $29.00 - $40.00 per hour
